The hotel's Michelin Star Executive Chef Abri said for this special season; the hotel is all ready for a full spread of traditional Christmas delicacies which showcasing the real spirit of Christmas. He believes that this is the time of the year when guests can truly enjoy authentic Christmas cuisine whih will enhance the mood of Christmas.
"Personally, I would love to recommend our speciality of Hot Lamp and Roast spread which consist of Roast Christmas Turkey with Chestnuts, Roasted Chicken with Honey and Sesame seed, Slow Roasted Prime Beef and Boneless Leg of a Lamb. Apart from that, a myriad palate of mouth-watering dishes will be served such as Steamed Brussel Sprout with Alfredo Sauce, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Assorted Mushroom Ala Greque, Smoked Salmon Roulade with Caviar, and also our sweet delights temptations such as Christmas Spiced Cake, Panettone, Christmas Pudding with Cream Anglaise and assorted macaroons and Christmas themed pastries.
