Since 1979, the company has grown into Malaysia’s more premier group of salons with an established hairdressing academy. They are definitely one of KL's best hair salons.
Datin Winnie Loo, the Founder -
As the helm of the country’s most prestigious group of salons, Datin Winnie Loo is the unmatched name in the hairstyling industry. Trained by hair maestro Vidal Sassoon, she started her first salon while the hairdressing industry in Malaysia was at its infancy. Her skill and professionalism helped transform the industry into what the landscape is today.
Even from her early years, she has rightfully earned all manner of prestigious awards, gaining not only local but international recognition. Winnie has constantly been at the forefront of the hair industry, with her work being showcased in many international magazines.
In her love of the industry, Winnie did not rest on her laurels being the CEO and Creative Director of A Cut Above. She has also served as many other roles such as Creative Ambassador for Schwarzkopf from 2001 to 2007. Winnie has also graced her presence in many product shows across Asia.
