Miss CosmoWorld Malaysia 2022 Grand Final is organised by Ms. Carrie Lee of CL Skin Sdn. Bhd., and exclusively brought to you by MeLife Global. Miss CosmoWorld Malaysia pageant has begun since September 2022 with the participation of 18 young and capable beautiful ladies age between 18 and 28, coming from different states in Malaysia. Miss CosmoWorld advocates and promotes the idea that women should be independent and possess good leadership qualities. The purpose of this pageant is to promote that women should not only be identified as “beautiful” from the appearance; rather, have beauty enhanced with confidence, great health and mentality that shine from within.

There are a total of cash and prizes worth more than RM500,000 to be won by the winners of Miss CosmoWorld Malaysia. In addition, the selected winner of Miss CosmoWorld Malaysia shall represent Malaysia and participate in Miss CosmoWorld International Pageant who shall then stand a chance to win a cash prize of USD100,000 at the international level, sponsored by Getbats. The beauty camp of Miss CosmoWorld International shall begin from 17 November 2022 to 12 December 2022.

Besides, in conjunction with the grand final night of Miss CosmosWorld Malaysia 2022, Ms Carrie Lee seizes her opportunity to promote vegetarianism and a healthier lifestyle by providing vegetarian meals at Miss CosmoWorld Malaysia 2022 Grand Final night. As shared by Miss Carrie Lee, “A day of being a vegetarian is equivalent to a day of saving the animals”. In addition, she wishes everyone to have a great health and be full of vitality.

🎎Alternative fashion consists of different styles, with some rising from Japan. Let's take a look at Harajuku fashion.

Surprisingly, Harajuku style has been in existence since the early 1980's, and it became known in the West around the 00's. Harajuku style is named after Harajuku Station in Tokyo. In the beginning, the local youngsters would occupy the streets dressed in unique and colorful outfits. The first craze was mixing traditional Japanese attire with western clothing. The message these Harajuku kids were sending is that they don’t give a damn about mainstream fashion. They would and can dress as they wish.

Harajuku fashion is a movement against strict societal rules and the pressure to fit the norm. Harajuku style now stands for a lot of different things and while many trends come and go, Harajuku fashion still remains. 

Harajuku style is a mix of all the well-known Japanese sub-styles, for example Sweet lolita, Gothic lolita, Visual kei, Cosplay, Decora, Gyaru, cutesy fairy kei and  punk rock clothing .

Traditional Japanese garments like kimonos and wooden sandals have been infused into the style since the beginning.

The Harajuku style is not yet popular with some finding it weird or childish. However, never let that stop you. Fashion is your way to express yourself no matter what other people will say. So always carry a smile and rock your Harajuku look! 

We hope to see more people embracing the trend and having fun in fashion.

Lolita fashion (ロリータ・ファッション, rorīta fasshon) is a subculture from Japan that is highly influenced by Victorian clothing and styles from the Rococo period. A very distinctive property of Lolita fashion is the aesthetic of cuteness. This clothing subculture can be categorized into three main substyles: 'gothic', 'classic', and 'sweet'. Many other substyles such as 'sailor', 'country', 'hime' (princess), 'guro' (grotesque), 'qi' and 'wa' (based on traditional Chinese and Japanese dress), 'punk', 'shiro' (white), 'kuro' (black), and 'steampunk' lolita also exist. This style evolved into a widely followed subculture in Japan and other countries in the 1990s and 2000s and may have waned in Japan as of the 2010s as the fashion became more mainstream.

Malaysian-based multimedia entertainment company Toybox Projects has organised the event, dedicated to promoting deeper ties between Japan and Malaysia through a variety of cultural projects.

Since the concert’s last run in 2017, new Japanese artistes FEMM, Centimillimental and Back-On has graced the stage last Sunday at ZEPP Lalaport Kuala Lumpur, alongside Malaysian performers Floor 88, Estranged and Sakura Band.

Estranged Malaysian pop band 

Back-On is a Japanese rock band from Tokyo, Japan. They are recognized for creating anime and game opening themes such as the Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 2 opening theme, "fly away"; Air Gear opening theme, "Chain"; Murder Princess opening theme "Hikari Sasuhou (fk Metal ver.)", and Eyeshield 21s "Blaze Line". They have also written ending themes for both anime and TV shows, including "flower" and "a day dreaming..." for Eyeshield 21, and "Butterfly" for the late-night TV drama Shinjuku Swan, "Sands of Time" for the mobile robot TV drama Keitai Sousakan 7, and "Strike Back" for the anime series Fairy Tail.

FEMM (sometimes recognized as an abbreviation for Far East Mention Mannequins) are a Japanese electronic dance music duo, composed of RiRi and LuLa. The group signed with the Avex Group Holdings Inc. sub-record label Maximum10 and their distributing label Avex Music Creative Inc.; they signed a deal with London label JPU Records for European distributions. After a series of buzz singles between 2013 and 2014, FEMM released their debut studio album Femm-Isation in October 2014 as a digital release. FEMM's major debut and first physical release, Pow!/L.C.S., was released in February 2016.

Centimillimental, a rising star in Japan with over 100 million streams on music-streaming platform Spotify, is best known for his works in popular Japanese anime "Given" and "Bakuten!!".

Sakura Band is a Malaysian pop band from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Formed on the 1st October 2012.

Estranged is a Malaysian alternative rock band that formed in Damansara, Kuala Lumpur in 2001.

Floor 88 is a Malaysian pop band from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Formed on the 2007.
