In a nutshell first & foremost, fine dining restaurants generally caters to the more upscale society with a price tag heftier than regular , accompanied by beautiful ambience and handcrafted menu items by the chef of the restaurant. A standout dishes we had are Capellina with Korean sweet & sour spicy bibim sauce, Pan seared Foiegras, Lavosh, Grand Manier sauce, Candied Orange. Its melted in mouth, sinfully delicious. The very innovative sweets cuci mulut Caramel Burger (not that burger you think) - Caramel Mouse, Peanut Mochi, Mango & Basil Salsa, Salted Caramel Ice Cream.
